Technology stocks found the going rough in morning trading Friday, with Yahoo Inc. (YHOO) among the decliners after one of its board members resigned and the Internet giant postponed its shareholders' meeting.
Yahoo shares fell 10 cents to $27.46 after the company said late Thursday that Edward Kozel had resigned from the Yahoo board of directors. Yahoo said Kozel had planned to step down in February, but chose to stay on the board after Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) launched its unsolicited bid for the company.
Yahoo also said it would move its annual meeting from July 3 to "around the end of July."
Sun Microsystems Inc. (JAVA) shares fell 58 cents, or 4.4%, to $12.56. Morgan Stanley analyst Kathryn Huberty cut her rating on Sun's stock to underweight from equal weight, saying the company is facing product challenges in the server market. More>>

) Hazards are par for this course
Hazards are par for this course Baghdad golf has far more than rough lies and uneven greens. COMPILED FROM WIRE SERVICES Monday, May 19, 2008 Hazards are par for this course
Despite its location — a war zone — the nine-hole Crossed Swords Golf Course in Baghdad is popular among military personnel looking for a golf fix. The 479-yard layout is closed in by concrete blast walls and has dirt "greens," and the holes are emptied baked beans cans sunk into the ground. There is only one sand trap — who would have guessed? — but plenty of other hazards: the threat of rockets, mortar fireand gunfire.
"I would challenge Tiger Woods to a round at the Green Zone course any day," wrote Bradley Brooks of the Associated Press. "Just to see how his steely concentration would hold up when the mortar alarm blares: 'Incoming! Incoming! Take cover!' and shells land nearby."

With this plant, they can suppress their hunger and thirst with this plant. If you are a bit skeptical if it really can suppress appetite, you can do a little research about it. This plant has an active molecule which scientists have called as p57. When you take it to your body, it will signal your brain that you are full already. It works as of a glucose but much stronger. You will eat lesser foods when you take hoodia gordonii, but you would still feel satisfied. ) Probiotics weight loss after bypass surgery
SAN DIEGO (Reuters Health) - In a study conducted at Stanford University, obese patients who took probiotics after undergoing gastric bypass surgery lost more weight than patients who had the surgery but did not take the supplements. These findings were presented Tuesday during Digestive Disease Week 2008 by Dr. John M. Morton, during a session on the management of patients with obesity.
"We have better treatments for crack cocaine addiction than we do for obesity," Dr. Morton asserted, "but there has been a real revolution with bariatric (obesity) surgery. It provides strikingly durable weight loss...As a result, blood pressures will normalize...We have seen diabetes cure rates of 82 percent, and this can occur within weeks of surgery." . More>>
